Started with $50 BUDGET THE FIRST SLIVER that started as a $50 budget (excluding basic lands and the Commander: The First Sliver). Made some changes from there. So far, Cleaving Sliver and Battle Sliver have been replaced with Sliver Legion and Sliver Hivelord. We will have to see if the deck suffers from that, but it is replacing two "+2/+0 to all Slivers" buffs with Indestructible and +1/+1 for each other Sliver in play, so it might still be ok. Also, a handful of Gate Lands have been swapped out for some lands from Streets of New Capenna to be able to draw an extra card or two later in the game. Other potential cards that could be added are some Tri Lands in place of any Dual Lands.

Swaps made:
Predatory Sliver -> Sliver Overlord added to the deck but we will try not to abuse the Tutoring.
Fungus Sliver -> Shifting Sliver because being basically totally unblockable is fun.
Pillar of Origins -> Chromatic Lantern to make color correction a non-issue.
Plains -> Fabled Passage for extra Color Correction.
Rally the Ranks -> Door of Destinies to get lots of bonus counters from all the Cascade from The First Sliver.
Quilled Sliver -> Mirror Entity to have some surprise massive damage increase for all the low power Slivers.
Thorncaster Sliver -> Zendikar Resurgent for ramp and probably crazy card draw.
Steelform Sliver -> Herald's Horn for card draw.

Potential Upgrades to consider:
Lavabelly Sliver to kind of add a Target Removal effect to Cascade.
Amoeboid Changeling because its tapped abilities sound like they could be unpredictable for opponents!
Ashnod's Altar to help get out some bigger Slivers.
Coat of Arms to help ramp up the power of the Slivers.
Swords to Plowshares and Beast Within for flexible Target Removal.
Mother of Runes for Flexible Protection.
Patriarch's Bidding to get all the Slivers back after a nasty Board Wipe.
Black Market Connections for Treasure Tokens, Card Draw, and CHANGELING tokens that will benefit from all Sliver buffs!
Mikaeus, the Unhallowed could help keep everything alive.
Smuggler's Share for Card Draw and Treasure Tokens.
