So this deck will make an appropriate use out of Seance, we won't need it to win but with it winning is practically guranteed.Basically we play Parallel Lives or Doubling Season the 5th Parallel Lives and we use etb token creation and populate effects. With Seance out the card we bring back is a token copy of it rather than it and we do lose it but if it enters as a token and doubles it means 4 times the number of etb tokens, ergo Seance Blade Splicer when a doubling effect is out becomes 2 Splicer and each makes 2 Golem for a total of 4 Golems 1 ability for a total of 12 power and toughness, thanks to the way the Doubling effects work it is literally multiplicitive so 2 Parallel Lives in the last scenario would create 16 Golem so on so forth.
So we do want more etb token producation as well as ways to dump our library into the grave once the Seance has begun, cards like Broodmate dragon would be awesome to see in the grave but terrible in the hand, Sensor Splicer fits but is pretty big this is a first rough draft, and the name is simply because a female art based card was in the deck and Seance ing that card would create the "Living Dead Girl" haha.
Anyway as a first draft it needs to be examined tweaked and of course I need suggestions to make it better. I am not trying to follow special guidelines with this deck, there is no budget, it just needs to have a 5 star synergy rating when done so if you can help suggest cards that'd be amazing.
Cards we want:Creatures we can Seance back with ETBS that give us extra advantage, simply put, it would be fun to pitch your deck Seance an Emrakul and populate a few times but an Emrakul in hand is bad and it doesn't have any useful ETBS if you can't populate it. However Splicer cards make Golem tokens when they enter and during that turn the golem tokens get an advantage be it vigilance or first strike. Now tokens aren't the only value made out of ETBS of course there's a huge world of possibility and I can't scan through every card. So that's why I'd love to hear what you guys and girls think because I intend to build a Seance deck practice with it at weekly Win a Box events and once it's tweaked take it to Competitive Modern play and make a top 8 finish because so many people Hate and disregard Seance. As a final note, I'm not requiring the deck to remain GW, I feel that's where it's strongest atm but testing may and probably will prove otherwise, Abzan seems fun with the addition of Siege Rhino and maybe ETBS without tokens will be better but I felt the MTG Goldfish variant could have had more synergy.
