Greetings ladies and gentlemen! This is my decklist for Circu, Dimir Lobotomist. Contrary to standard practice of using Lantern of Insight in Circu, Dimir Lobotomist decks, I decided that it would be too honest and not win-oriented and it would be better to just win the game instead of exiling your opponents top-decks 1 by 1. The presented deck is compiled taking cards at my disposal. It, of course, can be improved. Cards for improvement are presented in the column Maybeboard. Our winning combinations are as follows:

1. Isochron Scepter+Dramatic Reversal with Circu, Dimir Lobotomist on the battlefield and mana rocks that give at least 2 mana when activated (Sol Ring for example) to exile your opponent decks
2. Also, the combination of Demonic Consultation/Tainted Pact/Thought Lash with Jace, Wielder of Mysteries/ Thassa's Oracle for an alternative victory relevant.

All other cards in the deck either help you find your victory cards, or prevent opponents from winning. Or get rid of the annoying presence of permanents under enemy control. Thank you for your attention, I will be glad to read your opinion or suggestions to increase the competitiveness of the deck.

Recommended changes in view of the cards in the Maybeboard to increase the strength of the deck:
