So the concept here is card draw. Draw til you have no hand limit. You're gonna feed your commander with a whole lot of mana to draw cards and get your vampire army onto the battlefield. Lure your players into a false sense of security with the group hug card draw. Then lock them out of their cards by playing Uba Mask and then limit them to their hand by playing Drannith Magistrate. Next turn make them top deck it with Jin-Gitaxias that whole set up locks them out of their cards we make them draw and then we get to play all the cards we want. We of course have contingency plans in place for those pesky field wipes. Win cons include Laboratory Maniac and Jace or We draw them out.
