My first attempt on a Omnath deck so help is always welcome!

I tried to mix up heavy manaramp and Elemental tribal to get the most out of Omnath's abilities. Main focus of this deck is to abuse the Elemental tokens that various sources make to torment my opponents. If my opponents wipes the board, they will most likley die to Omnath's bolt, if they don't clear my board, i will beat them with hordes of elementals!
