Originally a budget Niv-mizzet deck, now moved towards an explosive locust god deck. The goal of the deck is to use fast ramp and efficient draw spells to ramp into locust god early and preferably some protection, play wheel spells to draw a lot of cards, then to either combo out or smash people in the face with insects for the win.

This deck primarily wins through combos/infinite combos:

The Locust God and Kindred Discovery with a single draw will draw out your entire deck however is an unstoppable trigger, but can be stopped by Disallow, Chaos Warp and Commit / Memory.

The Locust God and Sage of the Falls is similar to Kindred Discovery except instead of giving card advantage it does continuous looting. The benefit of this card besides redundancy is that it can start the combo without another draw trigger, either it or The Locust God can be played first, and can stop it's own triggers allowing a sorcery like Laboratory Maniac to be played.

The Locust God, Ashnod's Altar and Skullclamp with an insect on board can loop into pseudo-infinite colorless, 1/1 insects and draw triggers (as long as you have a library). This opens up to a majority of your deck to win with as it also produces more mana.

The obligatory Dramatic Scepter combo with any mana rock makes infinite colored mana (Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal), but some of other instants can work too if you need counterspells or an alternative mana source like Battle Hymn.

Narset, Parter of Veils and any wheel effect isn't a win-con nor infinite, but a pretty dirty combo that can effectively render the table out of the game for a short time.

AOE damage/combat damage:

Playing Shared Animosity, Coat of Arms or Breath of Fury with a relatively decent amount of insect tokens on the battlefield can outright win you the game with combat damage. Alternatively Throne of the God-Pharaoh can whittle people down in the early game and finish people off late game after combat.

Psychosis Crawler can burn people down from drawing many cards, and cards like Purphoros, God of the Forge and Impact Tremors can kill from insects entering the battlefield.

Goblin Bombardment is an effective way to get more value out of your insects and can burst a player to finish them off.
