Ok so locust God commander pretty simple stuf here you can deck yourself to win the game with laboratory maniac or Jace wielder of mysteries and leveler or locust God and sage of the falls for infinite draw/discard/insects. You can also net a ton of genaric manna with with skullclamp, ashnod's altar and locust God to either dump into large x cost spells or to go infinite draw/discard/insects again. This one can definitely improve though I'm open to suggestions.
