@ Rasta_Viking29 -- I'll preface my response by noting that the meta at my LGS is not representative of the top standard decks. There's a Bant Heroic player, an Esper Dragons player, and then mostly brews.
With that said, Magma Jet was incredibly helpful at the last FNM (and first one I've attended in years). I agree it isn't efficient, but it really helped. I agree with your comment about Swipe' and Dig, so I'll try running two Vaults once I can get my hands on them. How does that sound?

@ Deathstroke42301 -- If Living Lore had some form of evasion or I had a way to give it evasion I'd run it, but it doesn't. It can easily be blocked, I'd rather leave mana open for a counter.

@ nivek77 -- This is a Standard deck. If you are referring to Shrine of Burning Rage, you have just posted all irrelevant information on my deck. I do not care about cards I cannot use or decks that have nothing to do with the deck they are posted on. Please be more mindful in the future; if you would like feedback on your deck, link it in a relevant area.

@ nivek77 -- By no means was I trying to be rude- just honest. You're more than welcome to post on my wall or in the forums to share other decks, but I do not want to see it on my deck list unless it's related to my deck or the discussion about my deck.

@ nivek77 -- Don't worry about it. I can be very blunt which may be interpreted as rude. I don't intend for it to be rude, I just get to the point. I apologize for coming across as rude.

I'm sorry, I'm just wondering since I don't run Delve much, what's the deal with Dig Through Time? Everyone suggests it

@ 8bitMick -- What do you mean? It's a fantastic card. It lets you look at the top 7 cards and bring two to your hand. Often for the low cost of . It's also Instant speed, so you can leave mana open for countermagic and just cast it at the end of your opponent's turn.

oh ok. I just didn't understand only getting 2 out of 7. Btw, I playtested this against my Azorius Midrange. The game lasted longer than ten turns and I stayed at 20 life for the most part. I ended up winning with a pair of Student of Ojutai's. I'm sure it was because you didn't pull a second Mountain for 6-7 turns. I believe you should add more red mana.
If you want to try it for yourself here's my deck: Azorius Midrange (Origins Twist)

@ 8bitMick -- Two mana for drawing 2 at instant speed is very, very good to start. See Think Twice, which costs 2 and is a very good draw spell. The fact that you get to choose the 2 you want from 7 is amazing.
The mana is something I just toyed with today, I actually removed a mountain for an island to account for all of the double blue costs I have. With Origins I'll be removing Dissipate for the new counter that costs 2U opposed to 1UU, so I can undo this mana change. I'll try out later and see what type of results I get. Thanks for the testing!
Do you have suggestions to improve the match?

More burn less counter. My deck only gets going good around the 4th-5th turn

You literally only have 2 win-cons in the whole deck. How do you win Keranos and Ugin are dealt with? Also, if you are going to splash any color, I would suggest Green or White if you are worried about enchantment removal. If you wanted to splash black, Dragonlord Silumgar and Silumgar, the Drifting Death along with Crux of Fate are all good options, especially with Languish coming out from the new set, Origins.

@ UpperDeckerTaco -- Ugin and Keranos are very hard to deal with, and I have counter magic to prevent removal. Keranos can only be removed by exiling him, which is a rare SB choice in my meta. I have Haven of the Spirit Dragon if my Ugin gets blown up as well. Mindswipe and all of the burn is also a win condition; a late game 'Swipe puts the opponent in a position where they lose if they play anything, and they lose if they don't play anything.
As for a splash, I like black the most. However, I have a ton of double blues and reds, and adding double black spells makes things harder on a budget land base. Drifiting Death is a solid option, as is the removal spells, which is the biggest reason why I like black. Those and forced sacrifice to deal with Thunderbreak Regents.

Dromoka's Command straight up deals with Keranos and is a mainboard card.

@ UpperDeckerTaco -- That is true, but it isn't a prevalent card in my meta (thankfully). I haven't seen anyone run one, which is very surprising. By the point I'd be looking to drop Keranos, I will have recognized that they likely have a Command by the deck they're running. I rarely drop him without leaving at least 3 mana open anyways.

I know this is a big addition, but add Soulfire Grand Master

I'd cut 1x Mindswipe, 1x Dig Through Time and 1x Magma Jet.
Mindswipe is important to the deck but they have the propensity to hang out in your hand because it doesn't provide much value when X is 2 or less. Magma Jet is kind of in a poor position at the moment. It doesn't do much for board control and isn't efficient when used to burn face. The draw filtering is probably it's best aspect at the moment. 4 delve draw cards typically place enough strain on each other to make the 5th dicey.
