I have been wanting to build an "O-Ring" style deck for a while and the addition of portable hole made me decide to go ahead and build one. Just to clarify, I know this deck isn't exactly Tier 1 but it wins more than you'd think and is fun...for us. I'm not 100% on the numbers or if there are any other cards I should add that would make this deck better. Any suggestions are welcome!
