The goal of this deck is to remain the control deck while building up energy until you are able to drop an Aethersquall Ancient and immediately clean up the board. Archangel Avacyn is a solid card and is actually never bad. The deck seems really strong only needing help in its mana base sometimes due to the three colors. Testing so far has led to a good matchup against Vehicles. Aethertorch Renegade is only in the deck as a three mana four energy card and I've been doing fine without it. So currently that's the side-out card, which might end up getting cut entirely from the main.
