This deck focuses on disrupting, stalling, and digging until it gets a Necrotic Ooze onto the battlefield, a Civilized Scholar in the graveyard, and something with Dredge somewhere. Then the combo goes off.

Necrotic Ooze taps like a Scholar to loot. Replace the draw with the Dredge ability, then discard the Dredged creature. Necrotic Ooze untaps because you discarded a creature, attempts to transform, and fails because it's a one-sided card. By repeating this process, the rest of the deck can be milled until Pili-Pala, Palladium Myr, and Lobber Crew are in the graveyard, whereupon Necrotic Ooze has all of their abilities, and can tap 20 times to deal your opponent 20 damage.

This deck is currently a prototype, and I'd love feedback about how to improve it.
