I'm a huge fan of tribal decks and wanted to mix up my colors a little bit (I'm a big blue/black guy) so I decided to make a Gruul Ooze deck. And it turned out pretty cheap which is always a plus. I would love some other ideas or tips for it. My budget is around $50 maybe $65 tops.
