So many slivers. Obviously they are designed to piggyback off of each other and make life rough for your opponents very quickly. I included things like Exploration and Burgeoning to help get more lands out quickly. Moreover, since I didn't want to throw down hundreds of dollars for the old dual lands (though they would make this deck far more potent) I included Amulet of Vigor to hopefully allow some of the shocklands to enter untapped without having to pay 2 life for each one. Prismatic Omen and Chromatic Lantern will help me utilize whatever lands I have in play to tap for whatever colors I need.

Sliver Queen + Mana Echoes = Infinite mana and infinite slivers, and is even easier to pull off if Training Grounds is also in play

Infinite Mana + Sliver Overlord + Shields of Velis Vel = I can take control of all my opponent's things

Training Grounds + Sliver Overlord = Tutor as much as I want for only 1 colorless mana each time
