This is a rough draft of one of my planned EDH decks I might run.

Whenever I first saw this commander, I thought he was one of the most badass cards ever. I'm trying to keep this insanely budget, except for a few outliers which I would be willing to spend a tiny bit more on.

My first theme for designing this deck, was to enable the sacrifice requirement for my commander. Which, involved tokens, and lots of them. Having scientifically. I also then noticed, that I may want to have sacrifice outlets for these tokens, to help fuel the deck.

Thus, came the second theme for the deck. If I have this much ability to sacrifice, why don't I steal my opponents creatures to sacrifice them instead of my creatures? I have enough of those effects, but not anything drastic. Enough to solidify it as a function in the deck.

And lastly, after I saw that was done, I noticed that I had a heavy gravitation to zombies, and even some of my token producers such as Lich Lord of Unx had zombie synergy! And so, the third theme of the deck, became zombie tribal.

I would defiantly like to hear your thoughts, but keep in mind this is a super budget, I don't even really want to go past $50, and anything that would push the budget above $100 is right out.
