Flash hulk was considered by many to be the most degenerate deck in magic history before it was banned in legacy, seems like a pretty sub optimal version of it.

How would you improve it then?

Better off playing some actual number of lands + lotus petals or something so you can actually protect your combo and have some sort of disruption. Not sure what your budget or even what format you're trying to play though.

Lotus petals are expensive, I wanted to see how cheaply I could get the combo off. Thanks though!

Uh lotus petals are like $4

Ah. Tappedout is giving me the expensive printing of lotus petals (from the vault: exiled). From the tempest set, you are correct.

Nice, but we don't need to look at the other players hand, and Street wraith is cheaper. Thanks though!

Well probe is used in a lot of decks, should have 4 anywhos.

Yeah I just realized the sorcery speed is relevant here to what you meant about turn 0 also.

Can someone explain to me how Conspiracies work? Do you take them out of the deck and put them on the battlefield, or?

WicKid52 says... #13

Conspiracies are banned.

You place Conspiracies in your command zone, as many as you want. They take effect immediately. As WicKid52 says, they are banned from competitive play. However, they are ridiculously strong and cheap. http://mtgsalvation.gamepedia.com/Conspiracy

Also, Sparda1127, yes. You remove them from your deck before play. They also don't count towards your deck size.

I made a Vintage-legal version of your deck, if you wanted to check it out.

Very nice Canterlotguardian! Upvote for you. I still win in the cost category though! :)
