Welcome to part 2 of my possibly series of decks entitled "Losing Friends", for part one, click here, Losing Frends! This one is a deck that will lock opponents out of doing ANYTHING! This is enchantment prison! (or hate bears or mono white control or whatever you want to call it) You win by either making your opponent concede out of sheer bordom, rage, or the inability to do anything, or by killing them with Sigil of the Empty Throne, Another thing id like to mention, Starfield of Nyx worth testing, but creature removal can now kill my enchantments isn't something I want.
