My first deck. Worth it or just crap?

This is just a work in progress i hope, allthough my hopes for it is high, it is my first deck and not meant for anything but small time games :) the only reason i made a shadown/serpent deck is i felt like it.. i know the serpents could be replaced with something alot better and more efficient but im wierd that way :P

the main purpose of my deck is to get some fast unblockable damage in with Thalakos Scout and Thalakos Sentry while stalling the opposing player and causing him to use his mana without result with Tidal Surge , Slow Motion, Power Leak , Hoodwink , Choking Tethers , Early Frost and Gaseous Form . then if the gaming calls for it i have my Serpent of the Endless Sea , Sea Serpent and Illusionary Wall to deal some damage and block later on, to prevent my serpents to run on dry land on the opposing side i have my phantasmal terrain.
