A very cheap deck (under $20) that is fun to play. The Ornithopters and Tormented Souls make for an easy ninjutsu. Attaching a Whispersilk Cloak to a ninja makes it a hard kill, and guarantees its on hit effects to activate each turn. Shuriken can be attached to any ninja that would otherwise be blocked to allow it to still be useful. This deck is a great starter deck due to it's cost and simple strategy.
