Hi there,
Blood Artist and all other undying creatures synergize well, especially Geralf's Messenger.
Our creatures have to die which happens, of course, through our opponent (by blocking or destruction) and by ourselves through Bone Splinters, Altar's Reap and Killing Wave. When we force our creatures to die it gives us (in the best case) a quadruple benefit.
For example: Blood Artist is on the battlefield and you play Geralf's Messenger. Then sacrifice it with Bone Splinters and destroy an opponent creature. With this combo you will deal 6 damage, Geralf's Messenger gets +1/+1 (4/3), the opponent has one creature less and you gain 2 life points. This is possible in turn 4!
Bloodthrone Vampire can get very crazy and useful in plenty of situation. In combination with Blood Artist it even gets better.
It comes clear that dying becomes part of this game. Therefore Tragic Slip wont have problems to trigger their morbid.
Killing Wave puts the opponent in a uncomfortable situation but we can benefit from it. With a Blood Artist and some undying creatures on our side, this can be the game winning card!
Deadly Allure should work like Bone Splinters. You can send in Young Wolf as a suicide commando for example. Due to its flashback we can use it more often. In the best case we should get 2 deaths (with Blood Artist = 2 dmg and 2 lp) and Young Wolf with a +1/+1 returning.
Champion of Lambholt is our second win option in this deck. Because of creatures enter the battlefield very often (undying) he gets pumped very fast. His unblockable ability might gives us the opportunity to do a full attack and than sacrifice all our creatures with Killing Wave (in combanation with Blood Artist) to finish the opponent.
Grim Backwoods just in case. It might help us at the late game when we need this one sacrifice or our hand is empty.
I think there has to be work done on the right proportions of the cards and I hope you will find cards that even fit better in this concept.
