Now this deck I created just for the fun of it. It can easily be beaten if the right cards are not drawn but I don't care really. It's I made to have fun with. The main cards needed to make this deck work are Gilder Bairn, Training Grounds, and Paradise Mantle. Combining these cards together will allow you to place any number of loyalty counters on your planeswalkers.

As for the planeswalkers using Sorin Markov's -3 ability and Chandra Nalaar's -8 ability in that order should eliminate your opponent. The only time it won't is if they use an instant to gain life.Another useful combo is Jace, Memory Adept's -7 and Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded's -4 in that order. Unless your opponent has more than 20 life they should be wiped out.

Versing 2-4 players at once no problem with Sorin Markov's -7 on the first player, Gideon Jura's +2 on the second, Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker's -9 on the third, and Ajani Vengeant's -7 on the last. Or if there's less you decide which one's either way you practically take control of the board. Sure some of the opponents have some wiggle room but you've practically crippled them already.

Ral Zarek's -7 for endless turns. Put a ton of loyalty counters on Ral Zarek with the Gilder Bairn, Paradise Mantle, and Training Grounds combo use his -7 atleast one of those five coins in bound to come up heads. Next turn use his -7 again. Keep doing it until you are satisfied with what you have. Such as getting out one of the other combos, just be careful not to take so many turns you draw all your cards.

Jace Beleren's -10 helps mill. Vraska the Unseen's -7 for instant win if you can get through. Combine it with any planeswalker that will destroy your opponents creatures. Gideon' Champion of Justice's 0 makes a great wrecking ball to get kill off your opponents. Sarkhan Vol's -6 to get creatures out on the field. Elixir of Immortality is in there to gain life as well as shuffle any planeswalkers in the grave back into the deck. And if you're in a tight situation, try to get Karn out, if you can use his -14 and just start the game over. Starting from scratch is always better than losing. I'm sure you can think of other possibilities. I know I have.

Like I said the deck can easily be beaten by several ways. Not drawing the right cards, Gilder Bairn being exiled from the game, etc. But when it works everyone will fear you.
