Edgewall Innkeeper and his Lucky Clover escapes the mundane day-to-day of polishing mugs and managing ledgers to embark on yet another ultimate adventure. This time, his fiery redheaded gf tags along.

The deck is very similar to its standard prime, but does have a couple new noteworthy twists:

Chandra, Torch of Defiance, adds to the midrange grind. Ever opportunistic, she helps fix up mana for Genesis Ultimatum (or cheats a cheeky Bonecrusher Giant’s Stomp), and prompts alternative options whenever the hand starts looking stale.

Thing in the Ice   is an interesting secondary combo-piece that slows down early aggression while thawing out as you cast your adventures. When the kraken is released, it not only bounces creatures off the board (leaving itself behind as a significant threat), but also refuels your hand with more adventures.

Lovestruck Beast, Brazen Borrower, Beanstalk Giant, and Escape to the Wilds still make the cut, of course, ‘cuz hey, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” - Sun Tzu.
