Budget version of a conceptual list I did. Premise of the deck is to use and recur capsules, and to play politically with your commanders: e.g. if someone lets you hit them with Silas, you can use you Executioner's capsule to get rid of another opponent's creature. Your main way of winning by digging for Cranial Plating and Whispersilk Cloak to beat down opponents, or alternatively popping capsules with Marionette Master on board. Hellkite Igniter and Darksteel Colossus can also do a decent job, although the latter is harder to get through to face and should be used to dissuade opponents from attacking you lest the juggernugget starts pounding them.
