Lukka, Coppercoat Magma Flinger

Oathbreaker Mono-Red

Casketbase77

Finely focused Lukka deck that aims to win with cheap utility creatures and chonky charbelchable big boys.

Play out your weenies to be Lukka's blockers while your ritual cards and mana dorks ramp him out. Once Lukka drops in, use his -2 to exile a spent mana dork and cheat in one of your big threats. Magmatic Force's effect has ridiculous value in Oathbreaker, with lower life totals and four upkeeps per round letting her dish out damage very quickly. Yidaro is a more singular threat that only punches one player per round, but comes with haste and can even cycle from hand to deck if you were unlucky enough to draw it. In charbelcher strategy like this, unbricking yourself is invaluable.

After you drop in either Yidaro or Maggie, focus on Lukka's +1 to maintain your flow of small creatures onto the battlefield. Not of this World and Goblin Chirurgeon discourage your opponents from attempting to remove your big creatures, but if the worst happens and they die, you have alternative routes to victory. Fixating on one of the listed "Mana Sink" creatures can KO an opponent, and upticking Lukka to his Ult will wipe out all other players in one blast.

This deck is budget, easy to play, and great to bring to medium strength playgroups. More competitive brews of Lukka aim to combo out with Godo and Helm of the Host, but this one is built for interactivity in more social sessions of Oathbreaker. It's such a mainstay of my pod that I ended up splurging on a copy of Godzilla to replace Yidaro.
