Casual Izzet combat slinger. It's not meant to be super competitive, but still want it to not get blown out of the water. Tibor and Lumia is a card that is personal for me which is why I am building a deck around their effect, without being completely shut down if they fall to a ton of removal. In short looking for cuts/recommended adds/things I most likely missed. Thank you for any imput. :D
