Why so many 1-ofs?

Because they're fun. I suppose it makes the deck less consistent... What would you suggest adding more of?

You could add more creature steals and call it "Let Me Borrow That For a Second."

Dominus of Fealty fits this deck well, but it may be difficult to cast. I also recommend Clone , and to win Quicksilver Gargantuan . Venser, the Sojourner is a wonderful card for clone decks.

I thought about adding more clone type effects, but I'm really not sure what's worth taking out for one. Venser is awesome though, so thanks for that idea.

What you should do to make room is take 2 lands out and add Calciform Pools style lands and run 22 lands.

Probably one less Day of Judgment would make some room.

I'm pretty against taking out any dojs because they're one of the most important cards in stalling for Luminarch Ascension . As for taking out lands... Well, I'll try it and see if I'm okay with how it runs.

Okay, so first off, card:Ludevic's Test Subject  ^Flip is a terrible idea in this deck. He takes too long, and detracts from your main goal, which is Angel power, correct?

Second, Try this one on for size: Proliferate. card:Tezzeret's Gambit, Spread the Sickness , and so on.

You have 3 targets for this ability: Venser, Gideon (good choice btw), and your Ascension.

Instead of Deep Analysis, use Forbidden Alchemy, replace Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief and the Bloodgift Demon s with Sun Titan . Replace card:Ludevic's Test Subject  ^Flip with Unburial Rites or Contagion Clasp ...whichever you prefer.

Replace 1 Day of Judgment for another venser.

Yes, yes, I sound far too insistent. These are only suggestions, but they are highly recommended, since you took the deck in a strange direction. If you are in need of card draw advantage, go for some Divination or See Beyond . Maybe even Brainstorm , if you are lucky.

But yes, agreed that they're too slow. Dunno what I was thinking. I guess cause I lost in a couple games because I didn't get any (Luminarch Ascension ) out. There's mulliganing for that though...

Playtest against one of my decks. Any of them. See if it is any faster now.

Against scepter of the infinite, I won two, lost two. Just because of a couple lucky Mana Leak s. But yeah.
