I have been brewing 3-color Scute Swarm decks over the past few weeks. While many cards are common to multiple decks and must be one of the colors (for Scute Swarm), each deck develops a character of it's own. This deck focusses on mill and is very effective at milling quickly. The Scute Swarm heroics that generate a swarm of 1/1 insect tokens gets relegated to a fall-back position behind the combination of Song of Creation (providing a large amount of card draw) and Teferi's Tutelage (causing your opponent to mill each time that you draw cards).

Early creature aggro is based on Akoum Hellhound and Weaselback Redcap with power boosts from cards like Infuriate (or simply tapping red mana).

The most likely win-con comes from the combo of Song of Creation and Teferi's Tutelage. Lorescale Coatl, however gains power at an alarming rate and could get 1 or 2 huge attacks through, prematurely ending the game.
