This deck gives you the mana to really crank up Marath's token engine. He's the battery that allows the deck to run.

Start with early ramp. Creatures like Gyre Sage, Fertilid, Mentor of the Meek, and skull clamp will support you with mana and cards. For bigger ramp later, Perilous Forays and Boundless Realms will pull the rest of your mana.

To support this are Mana Reflection, Mirari's Wake, Mana Echoes

Turn Marath into a machine gun with Basilisk Collar or Nightshade Peddler

Once you have all this mana, time to crank up the Marath engine.

The win cons include beat down with Marath - get him big enough with the Hardened Scales, Doubling Season, Cathars' Crusade,

Purphoros, God of the Forge, Impact Tremors, and Warstorm Surge along with Marath, Will of the Wild, Mycoloth, or Avenger of Zendikar can cause mass destruction.
