Core Set Cube built from Magics core gameplay experience from M10 - M15. This core set cube is an Average size cube comprised of 540 singles, which accommodates from 8-12 players due to the number of "packs" available. This is a WIP build, so still lots of work ahead for adds and cuts, balancing colors and strategies, and ensuring fixing.

These core sets offer a ton of quality card selection from an era where color identity was strong, planeswalkers were still new, but fairly balanced, and where one or two bomb mythics could change the whole game.

M10 is the oldest set of the bunch, and as the first in this era of product lines, went by the year of release instead of the number of the edition, and now has strong reprints from previous sets, and a lot of new rules changes. M10 was when "exile", "lifelink", and "deathtouch" were keyworded, Mana burn is no longer a thing, and damage was removed from the stack. It was the beginning of a new era of magic, where four sets a year was the standard, and these core sets determined the floor, and sometimes the ceiling, of power for those formats. It also saw the reintroduction of planeswalkers from Lorwyn, with Ajani Goldmane, Jace Beleren, Liliana Vess, Chandra Nalaar, and Garruk Wildspeaker as the original 5 core Planeswalkers. M10 featured staples like Llanowar Elves and Birds of Paradise, Time Warp, Platinum Angel, and a host of other powerful cards.

M11 was a set that would host a number of modern and commander staples, with cycles like the titans and the original leylines dictating top ends and sideboard answers for years to come. While M11 had intermediate tribal themes, it also introduced more staples, such as Serra Ascendant as a lifegain payoff, Elixir of Immortality to reshuffle your yard, Ancient Hellkite as a powerful red finisher alongside Inferno Titan, Sword of Vengeance for Voltron style strats, and a little known card called Cultivate for ramp strategies.
