M13 standard vampires (Modern MTG Deck)

With the reprint of Vampire Nocturnus and Vampire Nighthawk, I simply couldn't resist trying to build a competitive vampire deck. My problem however, is deciding whether or not I should splash red for cards like Stromkirk Captain and Olivia Voldaren. In the end, I believe it will be worth it.

Sent two Olivia's to the sideboard for +1 Nocturnus and +1 Bloodline Debating on whether or not to replace the mointains with Cavern of Souls. Also debating on replacing disentomb for switfoot boots.
