This is an attempt at a Vampire's deck post m13. The inclusion of Nighthawk and Nocturnus has given people hope for this deck

I think it's misplaced hope. Looking at the old vampire lists they included many power cards we still don't have, like bloodghast, gatekeeper of malakir, mind sludge, Vampire Hexmage, not to mention the 1 mana vampires. These are all utility and value creatures/cards that are no longer playable in standard with little to no replacment.

Our only real chance is for Ravnica to have something for us, however, given the hype of the 2 great vampires in M13, here is a stab at a deck. Woith what we have, it has to become more midrange than before.

This deck is not as good as it could be given it dosent use cards rotating. It ought to play Phyrexian Meta Morph, Dismember, and perhaps even child of night instead of some of the options given.
