Please help me improve this deck !!!

This is my post rotation Dimir Mill. The basis of this deck is to mill the opponent down to zero:)At the beginning i have some Tome Scour, Breaking / Entering and Millstone to mill the opponent. As the game progresses I want to use Traumatize, Mind Grind to boost the Consuming Aberration and try to finish the opponent off or Jace, Memory Adept to mill him out of the library. In the meantime I have some control and destroy spells, some cheap creatures (Wall of Frost) to help me survive the beginning phase.

Please comment and help me improve this deck. Any help will be much appreciated.

I still need some help especially with fast decks with low mana costs - any idea on good post rotation mass removal?
