I'm trying to make a semi-control green/blue deck using only cards from the Theros block and Magic 2015 (waiting for rotation).

I have blockers for stalling enemy creatures such as Hornet Nest (I think this card is sick) and Wall of Frost , both with anti-tempo qualities. Nest chumps for two-plus turns and WoF obviously does an untap slow.

Courser of Kruphix is in here to help me hit land drops and get through my deck more quickly. Gaining life over time can sometmies help out.

My planeswalkers are the win-cons. Nissa, Worldwaker can get crazy given a few turns, as can Kiora, the Crashing Wave, who also has the added benefit of a stasis for control, and card draw if I need it. I would be using the first +1 of Nissa 90% of the time to make beaters, and is the reason I'm running 3x Darksteel Citadel.

I really like Jace, the Living Guildpact despite the early criticism. His semi-scry is very nice, going two deep. But honestly the -3 is super powerful. It can target a very wide variety of threats, and is really nice for bouncing planeswalkers to prevent them from building up loyalty as well as high-costing creatures which only come out once in a turn.

Because I have so many planeswalkers I decided to through in a The Chain Veil. It's new, it's interesting, why not see if it works out in this list?

Negate and Dissolve are primarily in here to protect my planeswalkers from removal such as Hero's Downfall. I don't mind Negate being a dead card game one in some matches since my counter-aggro is so strong already. The lower cost has promted me to include more Negate than dissolve given the fact in the previous sentence.

Obligitory ubiquitous card draw is a thing.

4x therspouts is a major tempo play and is almost always perfect by the time I have the mana to cast it against aggro decks. I see it as control's new quasi-replacement for Supreme Verdict with some drawbacks but at instant speed. I might be wrong about how good I believe it is, so playtesting will be needed. It kicked major booty in the draft I got it in last night (went 3-0 for the first time!!).

I'm looking for any suggestions especially on a sideboard. Right now only Phyrexian Revoker is in there for counter-walkers and Gainsay for counter-blue. Feel free (well duh) to duel it against your decks or brews, just let me know how it does. Thanks all.

Updates Add

Just threw in Arbor Colossus to the sideboard since I realized the walls aren't too capable of dealing with flyers.
