Thanks so much for the feedback Necrotech!
I have been meaning to try Heliod, God of the Sun in the main deck, but vs control he is not well positioned while Banishing Light and Detention Sphere are still around. If more people switch to the Supreme Verdict / Planar Cleansing U/W/x build, then I may main deck him. Against creature / aggro decks, I prefer running Iroas, God of Victory because it allows me to alpha-swing every turn without much being able to stop me.
I made a 1/1 split between Spear of Heliod and Hall of Triumph just because they are both legendary. Having 2 Spear of Heliod in hand makes 1 of them completely dead. Also, there isn't too much artifact hate at the moment, so Hall of Triumph is more likely to stick.
I've toyed with Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx in this deck before and while I can make a lot of mana, I have nothing to use that mana on (besides maybe Obelisk of Urd ).
Boros Charm has been awesome for me so far, I wouldn't be against putting it mainboard, but what do I take out? Potentially I move Celestial Flare to the sideboard and use Boros Charm main instead. Thoughts?
I'm still not sure Military Intelligence is worth the slot. Vs most aggro players, I don't need to draw the extra cards because the games are over so quickly. Vs Control, I find its difficult to keep 2 creatures on the board to attack with (unless it's soldiers from Raise the Alarm ) and Military Intelligence quickly drops in value.
Bident of Thassa and Polymorphist's Jest are both interesting tricks, but having a double blue casting cost makes it extremely difficult to cast. I would need to change up the mana base by adding Temple of Enlightenment or Mana Confluence .
I was debating a little while back about Imposing Sovereign vs Blind Obedience . I tried both at FNM and found that Imposing Sovereign was nicer to have as it helps close games out by having 2 power on the board, despite being easier to remove.. There aren't a ton of artifacts around at the moment (save for maybe Scuttling Doom Engine ) so that extra bit of text on Blind Obedience is mostly ignored. Extort is cool for draining a little bit of life, but doesn't win a game as quickly as Imposing Sovereign does.

My only loss this Friday was against a black red aggro deck, have you faced one before?

Not Black/Red, but I have seen a few mono-red decks around now that Goblin Rabblemaster is getting popular.
I find Devouring Light is nice if they try to use Madcap Skills / Titan's Strength / Rubblebelt Maaka on their creatures. Otherwise, slowing them down with Imposing Sovereign / Azorius Arrester normally leads to a win.

Blind Obedience is built SPECIFICALLY for Aggro.. including Rakdos Aggro or Red Deck Wins.
The extort is ok for life gain, but it is an extra ping on the opponent.
As for Military Intelligence / Bident of Thassa --- Mirror Matches, Control... Aggro... You need gas... and lots of it.
Card Advantage is a key winning strategy in MTG, card draw provides that momentum, digs for answers, and sets up your winning strategy.
BTW... M15 is chock FULL of end changing artifacts... far more than I have seen in many many core sets.
I would remove the Celestial Flares for Boros Charm. (Control can't STAND THIS CARD)
Also consider this for a combination.....
Turn 1 - Red Source - Akroan Crusader
Turn 2 - White Source - Legion Loyalist (BEST 1 DROP SOLDIER) - Launch the Fleet on Akroan Crusader.... You are now swinging 4 creatures with first strike, trample, ignores tokens....
Turn 3 - Land - 2/1drop + 1/2 drop.. Convoke in Obelisk of Urd
Turn 4 - Land - Drop another Loyalist (always the first target) - Launch the Fleet again on Crusader and 1 other.. Swing out.. Boros Charm /Double Strike for the Win / Massive hurt or Indestructible for defense and critter removal. (Theirs die... yours don't, player damage still gets through) ..
-- Another scenario... Drop Loyalist... Swing All.. They declare blockers.. Polymorphist's Jest, wipe field --
By turn 4 5 to 7 creatures attacking... minimum of 3/3 .. now Double striking.. (6/3) Trampling
That's 30 to 42 Damage...... by turn four in standard, not Modern. Even without Doublestrike... 15 - 21 with First Strike, Trample, Indestructible,
Yes, Launch the Fleet is awesome... but just in case.. Return to the Ranks is as well

Triton Tactics is also another thing to consider.... (Untap 2 convoke targets.....plus defense...)
Add another Obelisk of Urd ... Drop the hall of triumph....

Thanks again for the suggestions!
Definitely want to add more Obelisk of Urd (they are awesome) and have been wanting to try out Launch the Fleet for a while. I'll mess around with the mainboard to make room for them.
Will move Celestial Flare to sideboard, as Stormbreath Dragon and more importantly Blood Baron of Vizkopa are big headaches.

Launch is working great so far. I've only play tested against my housemate, but will try it tonight at FNM.

Don't forget the Legion Loyalist , Early or Late game... that thing is a bomb in this deck.

With Iroas, God of Victory you should try out Boros Reckoner to turn Iroas on instantly.

If Boros Reckoner was a soldier, he would go straight in without question. But this deck doesn't really aim to turn Iroas, God of Victory in to a creature, he just lets me attack with my soldiers without fear of dying (mostly).
Thanks for the suggestion though.

Thanks tatatay. This deck is mostly too quick for mid-range / control decks but I fear things like AEtherspouts blowing me out.

I would reccomend Lyev Skyknight , detaining a nonland permanent hits walkers and is 3 power in the air for 3.

Definitely a great card. I played with it before in a U/W tempo deck and locking down and pressuring planeswalkers was insane, but unfortunately doesn't fit the soldier theme.
Thanks for the suggestion though :)

Using Iroas, God of Victory instead. I don't get to counter x-cost spells, but more consistant indestructibility + the added evasion puts it slightly higher in my opinion.

Hey batman8942, sorry for the lack of updates. I've still been going to fnm, but no more 4-0's yet. With the increase in other people playing rabble red, Drown in Sorrow is out in force but still been doing ok.
Also been focusing on building something for post rotation. Still haven't decided on mono-black aggro, temur midrange, Jeskai control or some other janky thing. B/W warriors is a possibility.

I'm attempting junk soldiers. Anafenza is nice. Plus those colors have outlast, increasing their survivability rate against -X/-X spells

Also... Polymorphist's Jest or AEtherspouts
Especially in conjunction with the Bident of Thassa or similar effect (Force all their creatures to attack, turn them into 1/1 frogs with no abilities squish, or force their board, back into their hand.
