Just because everyone needs to build a mill deck once in a while.

You don't need anything fancy - you just need to keep your enchantments on the field. Consider 2 Psychic Corrosion and 2 Fraying Sanity on the field. Draw and draw again from Opt or Kumena's Awakening, mill 8 from the 2 Psychic Corrosion, mill 8 from the first Fraying Sanity, mill 16 from the second Fraying Sanity that is more than half your opponent's deck.

I like Millstone for this deck because the longer the game goes, the easier it will be to pay 2 mana to tap, and the more effective the resulting opponent mills 2 will be. Arcane Encyclopedia could be useful with multiple Psychic Corrosion on the field, but the 3 mana to activate the effect just seems a bit much early in the game. In a mirror match, I would certainly want to pull in Unwind and Arcane Encyclopedia, losing Unsummon and Essence Scatter.
