Thanks carpecanum! I added Rite of the Raging Storm and Soul Foundry and I'm putting Bloodshot Cyclops on my maybe board!

The 21 commander damage has to be combat damage to count, so Brion must attack and deal that much combat damage. Looks like a fun deck though.

I'm going to say that being a 2-coloured deck, you don't need Chromatic Lantern. You could replace it with Coldsteel Heart or Mind Stone for example. The reason why I bring this up is because you want to make this deck budget.

Thanks The_Solar_Bowler! I know Mind Stone would be a better budget option but right now the deck still isn't too pricey and I'm not gonna put any restrictions on it. I may replace the budget tag soon since the price has been increasing but if anyone wants a budget version of the deck I'd be more than willing to help them swap out some cards. Since Chromatic Lantern is still significantly better than Mind Stone, especially since I have two different pump abilities, I'm going to keep it in for now. Thank you again for the comment and up vote though!

Might I suggest Furnace of Rath or Dictate of the Twin Gods if you want it to have flash for some reason? It would make the whole killing someone thing a fair bit quicker.

Love this deck! Your inclusion of Phyrexian Dreadnought earned my +1

Thanks for the comments and upvotes guys!
@griffstick: I was typing out a comment about not understanding why but I just realized that I could potentially gain a ton of life! Definitely going to play test this, I think it'll probably find a spot soon. Thanks again!
@Pro_Noob: I like the double damage effects but since those apply to me too I'm a little hesitant to include them. I think they are both awesome cards for me to play test though! This deck tends to play politics very well so if I can use these enchantments to encourage my opponents to kill each other they very well might go in. Thank you again!
@mamemoo: Thank you very much!

Well of Lost Dreams makes a pretty good draw engine/mana sink here.

I absolutely love this deck. I'm currently working on my own boros commander. I love deflecting palm. Maybe an idea? You got my up vote though!

Thanks for the comment shub! I've thought about Well of Lost Dreams in the past and I think I'll play test with it. Don't forget to upvote if you like the deck!
Thanks a lot SenseiColton! I have thought about adding Deflecting Palm before but I think I will now, especially since it's just adding on to our pretty sweet Sunforger list. If you use Brion Stoutarm as your commander please let me know how it goes because I'm always interested in seeing different builds! (Even if you use a different commander feel free to link it in another comment and I'll check it out)

I built a prototype for the same commander at one point. I favor a bit more recursion than you do. I've removed the private flag on the deck if you care to take a look: http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/fetchez-la-vache/

I like the deck, have not seen this one in combat for real. How does it do against top tier meta decks?

Looking at building a deck similar to this for a Budget EDH league I'm in. The decks have to be worth less than 50 (~$65). Would love some help with this! I've enabled chat with you, if you would do the same, it'd be great to discuss.

I'm really sorry this reply took so long guys! I just moved into a new apartment and started classes up again so I've been super busy but I'm all settled in now.
I'm glad you like it Shane.Allen! This deck is not truly competitive so against tuned competitive decks you can be shut down fairly easily. This deck being boros and not being a combat damage themed deck means it'll never be tier one. That being said I don't use this as my competitive edh deck but rather one of my fun decks that I use for my own enjoyment and to wreck other casual decks.
That's awesome Drunk_Seryth! I'll message you now. I really hope I'm not too late to help!

Brion is one of my favorite commander and Nim Deathmantle is definite auto include, you should also give Deathrender a try kinda fun to play around with sometimes, if it does get to hit anything out of your hand but when it does its one mana for anything in your hand if you have Brion out.

Rite of the Raging Storm, Spirit Mirror and Enduring Renewal give you things you can throw every round. Maybe a Soul Foundry
If your boss gets killed a Bloodshot Cyclops could do a decent imitation
