A really silly idea I had as soon as I saw Triumph of the Hordes get spoiled. Aurochs are kind of like cows, right? Very straightforward. Play a literal herd of aurochs, drop Triumph, then trample over the opponent with MAD COW DISEASE.

Triumph can also be replaced with Overrun if you so wish.
