This deck is just an izzet deck to play massive spells like Insurrection/Rite of Replication or steal things with Bribery or Acquire .

The creatures all benefit from spells being played, you can sometimes swing for large amounts of damage with Devil Charmbreakers.

There's a good amount of draw including the general himself and things like Thought Refliction or Blue Sun's Zenith

Sweepers form an important part of the deck as aggro can sometimes threaten us early/mid game.
