A mono-blue deck based on Laboratory Maniac and his silly win conditill probably convert to blue-white to keep the useless fellow alive to the end.

The Maniac isn't the only win condition, of course. Sturmgeist and Psychosis Crawler can both be powerful creatures, in addition to their card-draw life gain and damage-dealing effects.
