This is a budget burn/combo list. The idea is to throw all your burn spells at your opponent while digging into Madcap Experiment. Madcap digs you into Lich's Mirror, and if it deals enough damage to you, it kills you automatically, so you get to respawn with 20 life and a fresh hand of cards. Rinse and Repeat.
Some notes:
• Save Simian Spirit Guide to ramp into Madcap Experiment.
• If possible, avoid playing a land on the turn that you cast Madcap, because when you restart, you can often play a land and a burn spell in the same turn.
• Note that you don't get to mulligan from Lich's Mirror! You get the hand that you get, and since Simian Spirit Guides stay exiled after the Mirror trigger, avoid using them early, as they will help you get back in the game after a poor draw.
• If Madcap doesn't dig far enough to kill you on the spot, you can always cast another one. Otherwise, let your opponent kill you naturally for the respawn.
• If you draw the Mirror, you can either try to win with what you have, or hard cast the Mirror, then let your opponent kill you OR kill yourself with burn spells for the respawn.
