This is a fast, low to the ground deck. Cheap creatures will get in for damage early and can be made unblockable with Key to the City. Scrapheap Scrounger is an annoying card that keeps coming back from the graveyard, whether it dies or is discarded. There are numerous ways to discard to cast spells with Madness, allowing you to burn your opponent for low cost. Make sure you keep an artifact around for Unlicensed Disintegration as well as Inventor's Apprentice. This deck plays fewer lands than usual but you also require less mana to cast your spells.
