My take on Self-milling in EDH! Mostly an instant win combo deck, but in case you can't get off the instant, I threw in some deadly zombies for the alternate win-con. Works really well. I don't usually play the infinite combo in here, just because it's no fun, but I like the individual cards, so feel free to be a dick yourself, but that's not how I personally play.

The main idea is to do whatever it takes to get rid of your library, and do so while Laboratory Maniac is out. (or get him out whilst milling your deck) The times I've won with this deck have been because of Leveler, but I came close by milling with Mirror-Mad Phantasm, exiling some necessary cards by playing Skaab Ruinator, and then bringing them back to my library with Mirror of Fate. There are endless possibilities, so have fun with it!
