This is my fifth attempt at BR vampires.
Asylym visitor is a madness piece, a solid beater, and some minor card advantage.
Bloodmad Vampire I personally think is an amazing beater with madness. Yes, there are some better and some worse probably, but so far she's done wonderfully for me. EDIT: This was taken out for the occultist which I determined to be far better.
Heir of Falkenrath works great with madness and becomes a solid flying beater herself, she's essentially our Delver.
Call the bloodline is in because, while not amazing by any means, if used well it can be surprisingly helpful and works with the madness.
Stromkirk condemned is an obvious lord that fuels madness.
Stromkirk Occultist is a madness functioner/discard fodder who doubles up as a beater and slight card advantage, she's pretty great.
Olivia, Mobilized for war isn't necessary by any means, but she's my favorite character/card and so I wanted to use her. Plus, her ability to enable madness, buff creatures, and give haste on a 3/3 flying body sure isn't nothing.
Falkenrath Gorger is a sweet one drop beater that also gives the rest of our vamps madness
Dreadbore is a 3 of because while I'm running lower on the removal spectrum, some of it is certainly helpful, especially since planeswalkers like Mind sculptor
Smuggler's Copter is our honorary vampire. While it obviously isn't one, it helps trigger madness while also offering discard.
Finally, Voldaren Pariah is a sweet madness payoff that can pretty much close out most games.
I considered running Vampire Nocturnus, Kalastria highborn, and Captivating Vampire, but I found that Stromkirk captain worked better than captivating, the black mana was difficult to keep open for both madness and the highborn, and Nocturnus didn't trigger enough with all the red cards and lands.

Sideboard we've got:
Damping sphere for Tron, storm, goblins and elves
Dismember as just extra removal
Plague engineer primarily for goblins, but it can also hit humans and taxes
Rakdos charm is graveyard hate that can double as occasional affinity/goblin beats
Sorcerous spyglass helps against UW Control, Primetime, Goblins, and to some extent tron
Surgical extraction is great for combo decks
Thoughtseize is also for combos
