Ramp out the Wanderer, then ride the waves of Cascade to victory. Feedback always welcome.

Once the newest of my three EDH decks, it quickly became my favorite. Dang, been quite a while on that front, as it's neither new nor one of few. Anyways, it can be a brutal general to face in 1v1 games, and has won enough multiplayer games that some friends loathe playing against it. There's been a lot of work since its original "junk pile" incarnation, and it certainly has taken quite the toll on some of my sleeves.

Basic Line of Play:
Step 1: Ramp.
Step 2: Cast Wanderer.
Step 3: ???
Step 4: Swing.

Mainboard Commentary:

• The Commander: Maelstrom Wanderer brings two spells with it to the battlefield, hits hard, and likely with hasty friends. With a third of the nonland spells in the deck being rampy, Wanderer can better afford the commander tax when beign aggressive.
• Basic Ramp Package: Farseek, Into the North, Nature's Lore, Gruul Signet, Izzet Signet, Simic Signet, Sol Ring, Mana Crypt, Mana Vault, & Prismatic Lens are ramp spells and rocks that cost 2 mana or less. Priority when fetching basics goes towards color fixing, then hard on blue, since big bird loops eat that color right up.
• Advanced Ramp Package: Explore, Frontier Siege, Garruk Wildspeaker, Hunting Wilds, Reap and Sow, Shardless Agent, Spring / Mind, Violent Outburst, Basalt Monolith, & Worn Powerstone are ramp spells and rocks that cost more or have complications attached to them; the smaller cascade spells count here because they can reliably hit the smaller ramp spells.
• Opposing Interation: Instants have generally been sacrificed here in the name of value. That said, Balefire Dragon, Chain Reaction & Evacuation offer to clean off boards, especially the brute force token-roaster; Sarkhan's Unsealing & Terror of the Peaks lend targeted removal; Overwhelming Intellect & Spelljack are expensive counterspells, but offer hefty upsides when cascaded into; Decimate turns the battlefield into a golf course; Primal Command shuffles in problem cards in addition to other play options.
• The Dumb Stuff: I'm a believer that every deck should have a clunky combo able to end a long multiplayer game. Here, we're abusing Tooth and Nail with Great Whale or Palinchron. When you hit a board state where you can untap nine mana worth of land (usually with help of Gruul Turf, Izzet Boilerworks, Simic Growth Chamber, Temple of the False God, Thespian's Stage, & Vesuva), cast Tooth and Nail. Grab that land untapper and a way to grab Tooth and Nail back from the 'yard, then repeat until you can't, the last cast grabbing Mindwrack Liege & Sun Quan, Lord of Wu, which respectively pump your newfound army and make them effectively unblockable. So long as Wanderer is out, that should lead to one hard smack.
• Spell Recovery: Anarchist, Izzet Chronarch, & Eternal Witness are useful for getting back Tooth and Nail in addition to other cards in the graveyard. Both five drops are clunky, but have a better body and more tolerant casting cost than their current counterparts.
• Definitely Not Clones: Body Double, Dack's Duplicate, Phyrexian Metamorph, & Sakashima the Impostor are good filler for either half of the Dumb Stuff combo, provided you have what they need to copy them. Mythos of Illuna optionally comes with a fight trigger, and I guess Rite of Replication goes here too.
• The Dumber Stuff: Not happy with that complicated interaction above? If you've got the colored land for it, Mindwrack Liege + Palinchron can make infinite mana, with it "cheaper" to pull off you have a clone do it instead. Stack your enter triggers right, and Riku of Two Reflections + Great Whale or Palinchron makes both infinite mana and copies of the monoblue critter. Regal Behemoth and Zendikar Resurgent behave similarly with Palinchron, though it's worth noting that the enchantment can't go infinite without decking yourself, and is the only card in this section that can't be a Tooth and Nail target. Disgusting.
• Screwing with Cascade: Bloodbraid Elf & Etherium-Horn Sorcerer are more cascades with bodies; Scroll Rack manipulates the top of the deck before a cascade; Jori En, Ruin Diver & Primeval Bounty reward us for playing cascade spells.
• Card Draw: I enjoy the audience participation with Guided Passage, Manifold Insights, Plea for Power, & Rhystic Study; Consecrated Sphinx, Mulldrifter & Prime Speaker Zegana come with bodies; Dack Fayden loots and can gank rocks for ramping with.
• A Taste of Their Own Medicine: Blatant Thievery, Etali, Primal Storm, & Stolen Strategy all let us play with our opponents' stuff.
• The Rest: Nexus of Fate might turn into another turn spell in the future for the Spell Recovery crew to abuse, but I do like the anti-mill hedge it provides; Wonder is a means of making my creatures more evasive.
