Very awesome!
Simic delver is very neat and it's a pretty cheap deck too :D

Remand would be a nice include for the tempo.

Agreed w00tthehuk182. I like that.

I'd put in Remand or Cryptic Command for those Invisible Stalkers. The stalkers are good, but only if you have some really good pumps... Runechanter's Pike maybe?

Illcullyourfaceoff, I like the Pike idea, I have a few laying around I could try out but currently I run Rancor and Increasing Savagery for the pumps.

P1NG4S, spellsnatcher is cool but the falls is too slow.

I know you probably want the slow incremental card advantage that Think Twice gives you, but given that your deck is more tempo-based than control-based (you strongly lack board wipes that traditional control has access to), I feel like Serum Visions would simply serve you much much better: they'll set up your delvers and make sure that your draws are setup, which is quite important given that you have a lot of clunky cards (4CMC+).

tchau204, that sounds like a good idea, thanks!

They're expen$ive though.

oops my bad

October 2, 2014 11:37 a.m.

We all wish it was :/

Personally I would stay clear of Serum Visions , the sorcery speed can really slow you down

its the idea of turn 1 i believe, its not only optimizing turn 2 draw, its also giving card advantage right out of the gate.

October 2, 2014 11:48 a.m.

It's not exactly card advantage, its filtering.

By no means bad... But what about Spell Snare or Spell Pierce ?

October 2, 2014 11:53 a.m.

tchau204 says... #24

As mentioned above, given that he's playing quite a tempo-based deck, his draws will benefit quite well from the filtering: every turn counts here, and every moment he gets stuck is an advantage lost. A one-mana investment is totally worth it - either turn 1, or turn 3 while holding up Mana Leak , etc. But regardless, I think it's out of his budget range, so I'll stop here with Serum Visions

a draw turn 1 is card advantage, the scry is flitering on top of that.
