@Pheonix_222. The urza lands are excellant, but in this deck I already have quite a few color intensive spells. So colorless mana would actually slow the deck down where the triplet of khalni heart, lorts cobra and harrow are doing fine in that department. Ideally I want to cast a turn 4-5 violent ultimatum. Primeval titan with kessig wolf run and single mana producing lands is already silly.
Thank you for the suggestions and I will think about kitchen finks as stalling aggro decks and surving them in general is decks major weakness.

+1 for the name xD i think its nice ...i donno if you need all 4 Damnation and 27 lands i think you clould take one of each and pun in 2 Solemn Simulacrum but i donno how your deck works try if if you think it'll be usefull.

@ketoryuuYou are definatly right that 27 lands is redundant. 25 or 26 would be fine and probably could be replaced. As for Solemn Simulacrum , he is good but in this deck slow as when i would cast him i probably want something different. As for Damnation, more often than not I am having a constant need for it because this deck has a nearly unbeatable start but with horrible defense. So its a centerpiece.

I might, I just have to play around with the deck a little though. Sideboard location allows for finishers to interact with the redundancy of land ramp in this deck. Wurmcoil is great but only against aggresive decks.

-3x Mizzium Mortars and -3x Terminate for +3x Slagstorm and +3x Dreadbore .

Yes with the Dreadbore regen is kinda meh and dreadbore hitting planeswalkers isWill think about slagstorm but mizzium mortars has been insane as cobra kinda needs to survive for the full effectiveness.

Slagstorm is a lesser CMC than an Overloaded Mizzium Mortars , granted it does 1 less damage to each creature. For consistency I suggested you keep 1x Mortars and add some Slagstorm in it's place. That way, you're guaranteed an early sweep. Speaking of board sweeps, sideboarding card:Black Sun's Zenith would be a great idea.
Dreadbore offers more utility for the same CMC as Terminate . The non-regen aspect of Terminate is nice, but the Planeswalker killer ability of Dreadbore is better, IMO. One could always be sideboarded for the other.
I'd replace Jund Charm with Rakdos Charm as it's cheaper AND Rakdos Charm hoses Splinter Twin combos as well as Token decks.
Perhaps 1x Terastodon could be in place of a Wurmcoil Engine as it fits the theme of your deck.
Also another card to think about side boarding for some spot removal is Abrupt Decay .
1x Scapeshift in place of 1x Harrow could be phenomenal in this deck.

I thought about Scapeshift and it can make for some interesting turn four wins with Ob Nixilis, the Fallen maybe one of just to be silly but Harrow needs to power ramp + winning so it would be extranious.
Meh on the Terastodan. Wurmcoil Engine s help me stabilize against RDW which is one of the decks worst match ups so it is important.
I need something that hoses splinter twin and is a board sweeper of some sort so I'll think about that.
I know Dreadbore would be better, just don't have right now.

if you want to run a landfall list, Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle has been unbanned. making a Scapeshift combo list might be a better way to go. I like the idea of making it more of a Jund list, although most of the lists are RUG (blue being for counter magic to protect going off). However, this is a very unique list. do you plan on playing this competetively?

Maybe, it would full of changes. This is more of a well thought out brain dump then a real competative deck. And no i dont want to valakut.

this was a Top 8 Valakut list from GP Toronto. Maybe try something more like this? The problem i have with your list is that it's VERY weak to the rest of the meta. It's incredibley slow. But it looks like TONS of fun (which I always love). +1 either way.

This is a control deck at its heart that has some odd things in it. This list is built around ultimatums not a combo.

Yeah i would go scapeshift if I was going competative but this list has creating enjoyment with my playgroup while also doing some interesting things with modern matchups. And as with most up my decklists, insane but not viable.
December 11, 2012 8:35 p.m.
If you want to make a list around an Ultimaum, I'd suggest going with a Grixis Control build. Cruel Ultimatum is by far the best one on it's own and casting one alone can shift the entire game in your favor (casting 2 basically means you win). You could also go a 4 color route and add white for Lingering Souls (which is dominating the format), Path to Exile (the best removal spell in the format), and Celestial Colonnade (which can win games all on it's own). Going the Grixis route gives you main counter spells like Remand and Cryptic Command to protect your casting of the ultimatum and it also gives you great card advantage in the form of Serum Visions and Sleight of Hand . Black gives you access to hand disruption and red gives you Grim Lavamancer and Lightning Bolt . Not to mention Terminate which is a very under rated card. Make sure if you run this to run at least 2 copies of Creeping Tar Pit as it can kill Planeswalkers and deal that last bit of damage as needed.

May I suggest Appetite for Brains instead of Thoughtseize ? Appetite for Brains dovetails neatly with your Inquisition of Kozilek s and, for the same price, you're exiling the card and you don't lose the two life.

Since you are runnin Jund colors, you should consider Jund Charm over Slagstorm . It's an instant speed Pyroclasm , removes their GY from the game, or just pumps up your Lotus Cobra to go more aggro if you have to. Just an idea =]

Agreed with the Jund Charm , also doesn't make me need such heavy red early on.

you could try to sneak singles of the Urza lands in there with Primeval Titan 's tutor ability that could be an easy way to get 7 extra mana quick.
Kitchen Finks would do a great job stalling the mid game.
