This is not a deck that will be built irl, just feeding my addiction to deck-building.
Actually the deck curves out at three... think about it.
Exotic Orchard isn't very necessary, so I can easily take it out. Evolving Wilds and Terramorphic Expanse color fix, but more importantly, they thin my deck out.
What are their names? I'm also unsure of how many there are... Sorry, I haven't gotten around to building the modern decks that I want to... yet.
Don't need color fixing badly enough to have to pay a life every time I tap my land. Mirrodin's Core becomes useful when I don't have anything to cast turn 1 or 2.
With this deck, it is imperative that I do not give my opponent chump blockers. Forbidden Orchard in essence Time Walk s myself.

Jace, Architect of Thought DEFINITELY needs to go. I don't know what I was thinking. Jace, the Mind Sculptor will be a good replacement.
Hahaha, yeah that is a part of my style. I'm a combo player, and instants and sorceries rarely go infinite because they do an effect then they're gone. With this deck, It's all about abusing Jhoira as much as I can, and instants lose their flash with her ability, so part of their power is lost.
I did not intentionally think of the extra turn thing, but after stumbling upon Time Stretch I realized that spells that give me extra turns are broken with Jhoira's ability. Suspend it? Nice. Watch it take off a counter off of other cards? Even better.
I have been giving thought to mass land removal, but with everyone and their mother running Gilded Lotus , I would need cards that remove both lands and artifacts. Both.
Enter the Infinite puts me in a risky situation to be honest. It puts me on a clock, and I don't want that at all. Eternal Dominion could work well, but I don't know if I should take something out for it.

Because I am practically running a deck of two drops, I very much DESPERATELY NEED things to refill my hand. Preferably ones that my opponent is forced to deal with. Honden of Seeing Winds isn't the most efficient mana-wise, but I can make it cost two mana.
Again, I NEED hand refillers. If my opponents draw answers, oh well, I'll put more scary things out.
Farsight Mask is good in any deck that needs to draw cards and will probably be targeted. Sound familiar?
Fireshrieker is a "maybe" because I still have to equip it after it comes out.
Font of Mythos is a double Howling Mine . I like it.
Grafted Exoskeleton is ridiculous with a deck with tons of fatties.
Grappling Hook is basically a Fireshrieker . I don't think I would ever use it for removal, but you never know.
Howling Mine is just good. It draws everyone an extra card, and that will definitely benefit the guy who casts 10-mana cards for two mana the most.
Inquisitor's Flail is double strike without striking twice.
Mana Crypt is ridiculous in this deck, but after I get enough mana out, I think I will be saving my life points.
Same thing with Mana Vault .
With Moonring Mirror , any time I have more cards exiled than in my hand, I switch. Tada more cards! And more good cards since my exiled ones are probably stale cards like lands.
Sol Ring is 99.9% an auto include in every EDH deck I have.
Spine of Ish Sah is more of a political card to be honest. If my opponents see it suspended, it will make them think twice about playing that crazy fattie just yet.

Timesifter do you know of any other deck with so many high CMC cards? I might replace some of the smaller CMC cards so that this becomes more consistent.
Deep-Sea Kraken is an unblockable 6/6 that combos with Jhoira's ability. ME LIKE. The other cards just have a big power so my opponents can't ignore them.
Yes, he is weaker than Howling Mine to destruction, but I think he's worth it.
I originally had those in there, but took them out for more creatures that are scary. I am okay with waiting four turns for my creatures if that means I get to have three more scary cards.
Thank you, but I have yet to see an instant that can win me the game on its own yet, I don't need more lands with everything expensive costing 2 mana, and I would love to put more in here if they can be repeated. (Yay for permanents!)
Thanks for the critique! These are the cards I want to take out due to your critique: Exotic Orchard , Jace, Architect of Thought , Fireshrieker , Grappling Hook , and Inquisitor's Flail . Things that I want to put in here are Paradox Haze (thought about this while writing the extra turn paragraph), the fetchlands, Jace, the Mind Sculptor , cards that blow up both all lands and all artifacts, and possibly more permanents that remove time counters.

Time Walk effects are even better, since they remove a counter plus give you more stuff.

So since your deck costs $835 I will assume you want to be playing at least semi-competativly. So nothing is off the table as far as suggestions go.
Lets start with the mana base. 32 seems really low with a average CMC of >6
I think Exotic Orchard is a risk, and Evolving Wilds / Terramorphic Expanse are slow.
If you have the money. Try to get the real fetch lands. I know they cost a lot right now, but it is a player who neglects his mana base.
Mirrodin's Core should be City of Brass
Tendo Ice Bridge or Shimmering Grotto should be Forbidden Orchard
Other wise it is looking like a good start

I think Jace, Architect of Thought 's plus one is very weak. Im not sure I would run him. Maybe try Tezzeret the Seeker or Jace, the Mind Sculptor or Fact or Fiction instead
OMG are there really no instants ????? I keep looking and looking but I dont see any ! AHHHH I dont think I have ever played a deck (especially blue) without an instant!

It looks like you are taking the tried and true takealotofturnssothatyouwin route. Which there is nothing wrong with. But I personally dont like. Anyway it doesnt look like you missed any as far as I can see.
But I dont see the land wraths. or other board wipes. I think early protection is important. and the land wraths are kinda the combo in the deck. Dont let people tell you it is a dick move. They prob have cards in their deck that you dont like. (I dont like the color green) But if you dont want to include them that is up to u
Enter the Infinite and Eternal Dominion are good sorcery "fatties"
Enchantments:
I think Corrupted Conscience is fun, you can prob steal some free wins off it.

There are 15 so I thought I would just rate them (1 is bad 10 is good)

I think Deep-Sea Kraken , Excruciator , Goliath Sphinx , Greater Gargadon , Quicksilver Gargantuan , Rockshard Elemental , Thunderblust , and Zodiac Dragon are weak.

Oh one more thing I just noticed. Where are Mystical Tutor , Timecrafting , and Fury Charm ?
Overall I think this is an interesting take on the deck. but Im not sure it is the best choice. I think you need some instants, more lands, and more things to take counters off stuff.
But there are some cards that are pretty cool and unique (infect stuff)
