just realized rogue's passage is also in here. nice thinking. i would also include temple of the false god. without ancient tomb, this deck is very surprisingly cheap to build. on mtgo is is already only 6 dollars even with ancient tomb

i'm gonna make a list of this and make it more budget just to see how cheap it is. here is a link: http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/maelstrom-wanderer-is-a-very-funny-commander/

mykul, yeah it's definitely a troll deck for sure haha
jecder, laugh while winning since their creature doesn't matter when I have Rogue's Passage on the field (which I will have because of infinite turns).
brisketbones, I built a Sidisi deck like that a while back, check it out: MagicalHacker - Sidisi, Undead Vizier. Good thinking on the Temple, it'll replace Skarrg.

TheDevicer that made me laugh far more than it probably should have.

Should be Capture of Jingzhou so it can't be Redirected

@Unforgivn_II Or Temporal Manipulation for budget reasons. (I never thought I would call a $100 card "budget")
More resistant to control... Cavern of Souls, I guess?

And Boseiju, Who Shelters All maybe, though it won't work until you cast Time Walk from your hand after they have already had a chance to counter it.

With my question, I meant a two-card combo that is better when youre playing Wanderer and blue player has open mana. In this case, if Temporal Manipulation is countered (yes Time Warp will be replaced), the combo can still go off next turn.

But if Charmbreaker Devils gets countered, you're kinda screwed.

You could add Haunted Fengraf on the off chance you have it out when CBD gets countered...

Maybe the trick is to play the commander once every blue player is out of counters/mana. At that point, I think I'd say that neither piece should be a creature because of stuff like Path to Exile and Silence the Believers.
Besides, infinite turns is a death sentence on MTGO because of the clock AND a trigger like Nekusar, the Mindrazer literally kills you.
So new combo to do infinite damage or infinite mill without using creatures. What about Mind Over Matter with Temple Bell and a Kozilek, Butcher of Truth in the deck?

Boseiju, Who Shelters All would help get Time Walk through without being countered

I'm pretty sure there aren't any two card combos in magic that both can't be countered on their way down and can be cascaded into, so you'd have to just wait for the control players to be tapped out / out of gas.
If you want a combo that's resistant to control when it's on the field, how about Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir + Knowledge Pool?
You could also just have a sideboard of five different 2 card combos and then board them in depending on your matchups.

I agree. I think I just need to limit what spell can actually stop the combo. If I cast the commander when the blue player is tapped out, then I should make sure that the black/red/white player is either frustrated cause the combo is creatureless or that the green player is frustrated because the combo is only creatures.
For that first scenario, the combo should be Mind Over Matter and Temple Bell. For the second, Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and Zealous Conscripts.
Ideally, I would want a combo that is two noncreature artifacts or two noncreature enchantments that infinite mill or infinite damage or infinite untapped tokens, but I think for this, I would have to start from the bottom and create an extensive and highly organized resource of all 2- or 3-card combos in magic with information on what they infinite into: infinite damage/lifeloss, infinite lifegain, infinite tokens, infinite mill, infinite mana, or other.
I really need to stop having big dreams, it's taking up all of my time.

"I would have to start from the bottom and create an extensive and highly organized resource of all 2- or 3-card combos in magic with information on what they infinite into"
implying this hasn't already been done: LINK

Btw, do you mind if I copy this just to troll my friends? I actually have all the cards to make this right now, and even after my Sidisi - Ad Nauseum combo deck and Zurgo mass land destruction deck I just don't think they hate me enough...

It doesn't have all 2- & 3-card infinite combos.
It has combos of more than 3 cards.
There is no way to organize it by the end result.
It's not extensive on related combos.
It's not organized enough.
Hence why I see a need for another resource.
And no problem! I'm gonna fix the deck tomorrow with the other combo, but use whatever you'd like.
