The deck curves out at a maximum of 4 having Nocturnus and Consuming Vapors being the highest possible card cost. All the good vamps are in it, disfigure is preferred for tempo and removal against boss-naya and mana dorks, which can be subbed out game 2 for Death Marks against white. GDA should be dropped mid-late game if possible to level him up, or a turn 1 drop so he's removal bait. Most of the sideboard is anti-white as white facerolls black in most matchups, so any cards can be subbed for consume the meek, bloodwitch, and black knight (which facerolls U/B control). An early game is a must vs any white aggro or control deck as Bloodwitch can come out slow. Consuming vapors is main decked as its awesome against everything and Jund, which Bloodwitch is inferior against. Inquisition is the balls and great against picking off Thrinaxes and Blightnings.
