Have you thought about AEther Vial? When it comes to creature decks, that card is phenomenal. And maybe diversifying the Swords would be good, so like adding Sword of Fire and Ice. It'd also be easier to cast if you can have AEther Vial helping to put creatures down.

Ah completely looked over that..

have you thought about what about adding Accorder Paladin for extra battle cries?maybe add some draw? in the form of Sword of Fire and Ice perhaps

AEther Vial is an investment I would only use in this deck.

I agree 100% don't get me wrong.

Fire and Ice is actually on deck. So good looks guys!

I like Accorder in some cases too.

But my group plays a LOT of Grixis and Delver.

So Electrolyze and

Terminate are a problem.

If I'm attacking they can zap accorder. I use Knight of Glory now in place of him.

But did play with him for a long time

Elspeth, Knight-Errant works really well as a turn win condition. Also there are two directions Knights can go. You could focus on creatures flooding the field or put in Puresteel Paladin for some equipment beat-downs.

Also, if you worried about Grixis Delver then Fiendslayer Paladin may be worth a spot as well as Cavern of Souls. Although the latter would be quite the investment.

Good looks. Appreciate the feedback!

I have Fiendslayer Paladin in the side. I can't justify main decking it. 3 Mirrans 3 Swords 4 Exemplar.

But I actually had Elspeth in here for a while. And it seems like a good time to put her back.

Thanks again

The black is very weak in this deck. I would take out anything with more than one black symbol and limit your black mana to shock lands and filters, removing the fetches and swamps.

I agree. This is just for kicks.

It's been the same white deck for years. Figured to fiddle around with it.

Thanks though- good points

I like it, have you considered somewhere maybe adding Odric, Lunarch Marshal to this? He'd have a stout presence in the deck.

September 20, 2016 7:56 p.m.

I had never even seen that card.

He seems cool. I feel like he would be great for vampires or spirits.

I feel like I would need to add Utility to support him.

Actually maybe not, I didn't realize he benefits from his own abilities.

He can protect an attacking Exemplar with Indestructible, give Gideon Flying and Double Strike.

Etc..

Hmmmm... I am going to try him out.

Good looks!

Okay, from what I see here, you are running Painful Truths to draw 2 cards and lose two life (with the very rare occurence of 3 cards for 3 life), for 3 mana. I think you should either be using Night's Whisper, Read the Bones, or even just dropping it for something else altogether. One thing you seem to be missing is Brave the Elements. Not only can you blank removal, but you can also get through damage. For example, naming green to ensure all of your opponent's elves can't block can end the game abruptly, and although you have it in the sideboard, I'd like to suggest that you mainboard it depending on your meta. Also, Silverblade Paladin should definitely be a consideration to speed up your clock. I don't know your meta, but I'd sideboard your 2 Paladin en-Vec for 2 Silverblade Paladin. Good luck on the brew!

Thanks for checking out the deck.I run Painful Truths only because I don't own Night's Whisper.

Brave the Elements is something I used to run 4 of main. Useless against Tron, Eldrazi and Affinity. But I may up the board count.

I don't like Silverblade Paladin. Pseudo 2 for 1 almost every time.

Thanks though. I might Truths for Whisper.

Gotcha. Brave the Elements can definitely be a meta choice, and it seems to be a less than superb one at the moment with Bant Eldrazi and Affinity being played alot. If you don't own Night's Whisper, I'd consider Read the Bones until then because the scry will probably be more relevant than sometimes getting that extra card.

May i suggest Riders of Gavony

Possible side board slot. Good for Eldrazi and Merfolk

Maybe its worth to play Champion of the Parish over Student of Warfare? Cool deck !! i like the synergie a lot.

Wel5

I have considered a different 1 drop but not that one.

Not a bad idea actually!

You should consider playing some Gideon's in here too. Maybe Gideon, Ally of Zendikar, as he makes Knight tokens. Cheers mate!

July 25, 2017 10:34 a.m.

I like Gideon with the build and had considered it.

Only thing is, I wouldn't have other decks to use him in really and he's a little pricey.

I got my COCO/Windswepts in 4 of the clash packs for Origins.

(Which was RIDICULOUSLY CHEAP on Amazon after like a month)

That thing was the steal of the century at what 17 bucks?

Thanks Apple
