I want this to be a complete lockdown deck. I'm not quite sure it is there, but I think this is a good start. Here is my overall strategy.

I want to control creatures mainly with Rubinia Soulsinger and keep control with abilities such as Nephalia Smuggler and Conjurer's Closet. If my opponents use their kill spells to take out their own creatures, I won't stop them. I have a few counters for board wipes and abilities to wipe the board Voidslime, Stifle and Mystic Snake + Crystal Shard.

For artifacts and enchantments I can bounce back to my opponents hands and counter if need be Cyclonic Rift, Venser, Shaper Savant.

I'd like to keep Rubinia Soulsinger flexible, so I've added cards to untap her if need be (Seedborn Muse, Awakening). I've also added protection for her, since commanders are typically targets. Swiftfoot Boots, Lightning Greaves, and Darksteel Plate.
